How to Feel Sexy – sex and pregnancy

Self-care, self-awareness, and self-love are sexy—and they were key elements of nurturing my shifting sexuality. Learning to honor my desires and needs was one of the first steps I took toward developing a healthy relationship with my new mama-to-be sexual self. I learned to accept the surreal as as my reality in the moment, rather than struggling against it. I realized that, once I was able to love myself and embrace my body and my sexuality as it existed in that moment, I was then able to lean into some of the most orgasmic, climactic sexual moments of my life.
